Messages you send
The contact form collects your name, email, optional subject and message so we can reply. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in handling correspondence. Cloudflare processes requests and provides spam protection. Accepted form messages pass through our mail service to our email inbox. Google processes email sent to our Gmail address.
We aim to delete correspondence after 12 months unless it is needed to deal with an ongoing matter or a legal obligation. Do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
Tools and analytics
The calculator inputs stay in your browser. We do not send or store your measurements or quote details. Hosting services may process request logs and security information to operate the website. Analytics is currently disabled. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information, or object to processing, by emailing us. Rights depend on the circumstances. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
